Professional Events reserve the right to cancel or change the date or venue of the event if they deem it necessary due to events beyond the organisers’ control.
If the event must be postponed, cancelled, interrupted, or curtailed due to circumstances beyond organiser’s control (including but not limited to nature incident, government restrictions, third party changes or act of God), Professional Events Ltd shall not be liable for any loss incurred by any party booked on the event.
Professional Events reserves the right to substitute, waive or change, without notice, any details of the event, booking conditions and procedures.
For Exhibitors
Exhibitions stand deposits are non-refundable.
All exhibition stands must be paid for in full by May 10th 2025
You have the right to cancel your stand and receive a refund, minus the deposit if before February 10th 2025
If you need to cancel after this date, a 50% refund will be approved if prior to March 10th 2025
After this date, you can transfer your stand to another company at no extra charge and by emailing the details to donna@foot-health.co.uk
Exhibitors must attend throughout the full operating dates and times. No stand shall be vacated prior to the closing of the event, or as determined in the setup instructions.
Professional Events will not be liable for the wellbeing of stock, equipment or persons whilst travelling, or during the event.
Professional Events shall not be held liable for guaranteeing any level of footfall or sales at the event.

For Delegates
You have the right to cancel your ticket and receive a refund, minus a £10 admin fee if done before February 10th 2025
Between March 10th 2025 and April 10th, if you need to cancel, a 50% refund will be approved
Between April 10th 2025 and May 10th 2025, a ticket defer to 2026 will be approved
After May 10th, delegates may transfer their application to a suitably qualified colleague at no charge, and at any time. Please email the new details to donna@foot-health.co.uk
Professional Events reserve right to make changes to the programme without prior notice.
